A sleeved concrete wall penetration includes a pipe sleeve surrounded by concrete, filled with non-shrink grout around a pipe by others, and secured with waterstops at the joints. A cast-in-place concrete wall penetration integrates the pipe directly within the concrete pour, utilizing waterstops placed around the exterior of the pipe. Both details provide liquid-tight barriers where mechanical piping passes through concrete structural elements.
