A continuous three-sixteenth-inch by five-and-a-half-inch closure plate is welded to the landing channel with a three-sixteenth-inch fillet weld spaced three inches on center and twelve inches on center. A floor deck is supported by the landing channel as specified on plan. One-half-inch-diameter by twenty-four-inch dowel bars are anchored at sixteen inches on center with one and a half inches of concrete cover.
