Cold-formed metal studs are seated within a continuous base track, which bears directly on a concrete slab. The base track is secured to the concrete using quarter-inch diameter by one-and-one-quarter-inch Titen HD anchors positioned at each stud location. The metal studs are sized and spaced according to the architectural plan and structural schedule.
