An L-shaped anchor bolt is embedded in a concrete element with a minimum two-inch embedment unless otherwise noted, measured from the face of the concrete to the hook. A bolt embedment schedule matches bolt sizes ranging from one-half inch to one inch with required embedment depths of five inches up to seven inches. General notes specify a minimum bolt spacing of twelve bolt diameters and a minimum edge distance of six diameters.
