The reinforced concrete shear panel edge features horizontal hook bars matching the size and spacing of the main horizontal reinforcement, along with jamb or edge bars sized per the panel elevation. A thirty-inch minimum lap splice is provided for the reinforcement bars within the panel thickness. Additional conditions include a miter and an architectural reveal where indicated.
