A continuous steel track is secured to an existing concrete slab with zero point one eight zero inch diameter power-driven shot pins spaced at sixteen inches on center per ESR-one seven nine nine or approved equal. The partition wall stud sits within the track and is attached at each flange with number eight screws, with stud sizing referenced per detail one A on sheet one. Gypsum board finishes attach to the track and framing with finishes coordinated per architectural drawings. At full height walls, a minimum eighteen gauge bottom track is required.
