Two number three diagonal reinforcing bars four feet long are centered on each corner of the column as typical reinforcement. A one-inch thick polyfoam material is placed around each column for isolation, with the top half-inch removed after reaching twenty-eight-day strength and filled with sealant per architectural drawings. A typical two-inch clearance is maintained around the assembly.
