A 3/8-inch by 1-foot by 1-foot steel plate is fitted with four 1/2-inch diameter by 4-3/4-inch long headed anchor studs welded to the back face. The plate includes a centrally located 1/2-inch bleed hole and auxiliary screw holes for fastening. Dimensions detail the edge distances and spacing of the anchor studs and holes across the plate surface.
