This assembly consists of a wide-flange steel column centered on a base plate secured by twelve anchor bolts with plate washers. The anchor bolt pattern is arranged in two rows of six, with spacing dimensions of three inches, six inches, six inches, six inches, eight inches, eight inches, and three inches along the length, and three inches, ten inches, ten inches, and three inches across the width. A gusset plate for brace attachment is positioned along the centerline of the column, extending through the base plate assembly to facilitate the connection of lateral bracing members.
