A hollow structural section member is framed by two L4x4x3/8 structural angles welded with a quarter-inch fillet weld. The vertical angle is secured with three three-quarter-inch diameter expansion anchors having six-inch embedment spaced at two-inch and eight-inch intervals. The horizontal angle is secured with an expansion anchor spaced two inches from the edge.
