This structural detail shows a reinforced concrete erection pad with a continuous pour joint. The assembly features a stepped concrete foundation with a square profile sized per schedule and three number five reinforcing bars minimum. Embedded vertical dowels spaced across the pad extend into the precast panels above with a three inch clear cover. A three-quarter inch pour joint separates the adjacent foundation segments. Panel thickness "T" and overall pad dimensions are determined per the structural schedule and panel elevations.
