Cold-formed steel ceiling joists frame into a dropped ceiling transition utilizing two distinct conditions. Condition A incorporates an eighteen gauge continuous curved track secured at the top and bottom with number ten sheet metal screws at each joist. Condition B utilizes a Simpson L70 clip angle attached to each joist. Architectural finishes are applied below per architectural plans.
