A reinforced concrete foundation wall bears on a continuous concrete footing with two inches of grout beneath the wall stem. The wall is reinforced vertically with continuous steel bars and horizontally with number four bars at eighteen inches on center each face. A concrete slab-on-grade connects to the wall via a pour strip detailed on the foundation plan. Panel reinforcement above follows the adjacent panel elevation and detail.
