A thick structural steel base plate measuring three inches in thickness with a yield strength of fifty ksi supports a steel column secured by twelve AB4 anchor bolts and half-inch by four-inch by four-inch plate washers. Gusset plates are included where applicable and welded with fillet welds sized per drawings or AISC minimums. Column sizing is coordinated with the column schedule and orientation is verified per plan.
