A four by six rafter connects to a precast concrete wall panel spaced at four feet zero inches on center with typical two by rafters at twenty-four inches on center. A continuous six by four by five-sixteenths angle and a five-sixteenths thick bent plate with two-seven-eighths diameter welded studs at twenty-four inches on center anchor the assembly. One-quarter inch thick by four-inch plates occur at each side with two three-quarter inch diameter machine bolts at each of four locations. Seven-eighths inch diameter anchor bolts and continuous two bar numbers four are embedded in the concrete panel. An eighteen gauge by two-inch wide galvanized continuous strap is applied on top of the sheathing.
