This assembly features a tilt-up wall panel supported by a continuous wall footing. At panel-to-panel connection locations, a concrete pier is provided, reinforced with eight number seven vertical bars and number three ties spaced at twelve inches on center. The pier is set on a one-inch grout bed above the footing. The adjacent concrete slab and pourback slab are keyed into the wall panel assembly as specified per plan. Exterior pavement is indicated adjacent to the footing, with all specific dimensions and slab thicknesses referenced to the structural and civil plans.
