A six-inch thick poured-in-place concrete wall is supported by a three-foot wide concrete footing with a twelve-inch depth. The footing is reinforced with three continuous number four bars and three-inch concrete clearance. The wall incorporates number four vertical bars at ten inches on center along the centerline and number four horizontal bars at twelve inches on center. A six-inch concrete slab with number three bars at eighteen inches on center each way ties into the wall assembly. Drainage is provided by one-and-one-half-inch diameter weep holes at four feet on center with backfill per geotechnical recommendations.
