A structural connection joins a steel channel chord and a concrete tilt-up wall panel featuring a steel joist supporting a metal roof deck. A channel chord connects to the concrete tilt-up panel using additional Kwik Hus-Ex anchors per detail 4/S7.11 with a three-sided three-sixteenth-inch fillet weld. An angle brace measuring L5x3x1/4 connects the steel joist to the concrete tilt-up panel with a minimum of four anchors per panel. Horizontal and vertical wall reinforcement are embedded within the concrete panel alongside architectural reveals or recesses up to three-quarters of an inch max.
