Two structural angle ledgers are joined across a one and one-half inch panel joint with a five-eighths inch thick by six inch by one foot nine and one-half inch Grade fifty splice plate. The assembly features thirteen-sixteenths by two inch slotted holes and three-quarter inch diameter bolts at twelve inches on center with double nuts. A five-sixteenths inch fillet weld is applied to three sides typical.
