A structural steel shape is embedded within a rectangular cast-in-place concrete column profile. Vertical reinforcement bars are placed at the corners and sized per the schedule. Stirrups and close-ties wrap the longitudinal bars according to the schedule and note one typical requirements. The outer corners of the concrete profile feature typical three-quarters-inch chamfers.
