A concrete over metal deck floor system frames into a steel beam supporting an exterior wall condition. Cold-formed metal framing consists of 6-inch by 16-gauge continuous tracks and 6-inch by 18-gauge studs spaced at 16 inches on center. A continuous 1/8-inch by 9-inch steel plate connects to the bottom track with two #6 self-tapping screws at 16 inches on center.
