A concrete wall end detail shows horizontal or vertical wall bars terminating with a continuous U-shaped lap splice extending a length of Lsb into the wall. U-shaped ties match the size and spacing of the main wall reinforcing bars and enclose the corner assembly. The lap splice length Lsb is specified to develop the reinforcing bars properly at the wall termination.
