A structural steel ledger splice connection crosses a concrete panel joint. A continuous steel ledger ties back with three-quarter-inch diameter by six-and-a-half-inch embed anchor bolts placed in thirteen-sixteenths by two-inch horizontal slotted holes with double nuts tightened finger-only. Two anchor bolts are provided on each side of the ledger in the upper detail, and four anchor bolts are provided on each side of the channel in the lower detail. A three-quarter-inch by three-inch by ten-inch plate bridges the panel joint in the ledger detail, while a one-inch by seven-and-a-half-inch by two-foot-two-inch plate with double bent plates forms the splice in the lower configuration. Five-sixteenth-inch fillet welds secure the connection components as indicated.
