An eight-inch thick precast concrete wall panel return located above the roof is reinforced with two number five bars at the top and bottom, number three ties spaced at six inches on center, and number four bars at twelve inches on center. A corner return configuration includes a two-foot lap splice for typical panel reinforcement. An additional detail includes a diagonal corner reinforcement bar consisting of one number five bar each face by three feet long.
