The Pro-XTC header connects to the jamb stud using a six-inch Pro-X clip with sheet metal screws, or self-tapping screws when framing into hollow structural section jambs. Infill studs match the typical wall stud size and type specified on the plans. The header member is sized per the elevation drawings and attaches through the clip assembly.
