This assembly connects joists to a wall panel system using a three-quarter-inch by fifteen-inch by two-foot steel plate. The plate is welded to the joist with a three-sixteenth-inch fillet weld and secured to the supporting angle with a one-quarter-inch fillet weld spanning twenty-one inches. Deck infill is provided as required between the joists and the plate assembly. The joists are sized per plan and bear onto the structural configuration created by the lapped wall panels.
