A twelve-inch by four-inch by quarter-inch thick copper ground plate is mounted to a cable tray using two stand-off insulators. The assembly is secured with threaded fasteners, nuts, and washers. A quarter-inch plexiglass cover plate is positioned over the ground plate assembly.
