A cast-in-place concrete pilaster integrates with a concrete basement wall, which may be shotcrete or cast-in-place at the contractor's option. The pilaster is reinforced with eight number 8 vertical bars and number 4 ties at 12 inches on center with alternate hooks at cross ties. The assembly aligns with the centerline of the wide flange column above at the grid intersection, with dimensions and locations referenced per plan.
