Panel edges are tied together at the panel joint using stiff angles secured with one-quarter-inch diameter by four-inch long Simpson SDS screws spaced at six inches on center vertically and horizontally. A continuous three-eighths-inch by three-inch plate spans across the joint and is welded with a one-quarter-inch fillet weld. A one and one-half-inch edge distance is maintained from the toe of the angle. Panels are sized per plan and set relative to the top of panel elevation datum.
