A continuous 600T125-43 base track supports cold-formed steel studs sized per plan at a window opening. The track is anchored to the substrate using 0.157-inch diameter low-velocity fasteners spaced at 16 inches on center, maintaining a 3-inch minimum edge clearance and a 2-inch maximum end distance. Loose lintels at the headers are referenced on sheet S7.01.
