Metal deck opening closure assembly supported by an angle frame and reinforcing bars at a bare steel deck. Eighteen-gauge closure profiles are provided parallel and perpendicular to the deck span, with horizontal legs extended to tack weld and bear on 2-1/2 by 2-1/2 by 3/16 inch angles. The support angles extend beyond the opening at each end over three full uncut low flutes typically with a maximum span of two feet. Adjacent beams require closures or two number 4 bars in each low flute per the specified details.
