A twenty-four-inch diameter cast-in-place concrete foundation extends six feet and six inches minimum below grade to support a twenty-foot maximum light pole. The concrete pier is reinforced with six number six vertical bars and number four hoops spaced at six inches on center. Two ties are placed in the top five inches with a double tie at the base, featuring six-inch minimum laps and staggered ends. A two-inch layer of non-shrink grout sits atop the foundation beneath the pole base connection, which is provided by others.
