The assembly consists of a greased and sheathed strand transitioning into a clear tube filled with grease. An anchor plate receives the strand, secured by wedges and an end cap that is also filled with grease. The end of the sheathing maintains a minimum required overlap per the general notes. The complete anchor assembly is embedded within the concrete at the fixed end.
