Two alternative connection options join a concrete slab on grade to a sandwich panel. Option No. 1 utilizes a number 4 by 2-foot dowel spaced at 18 inches on center, epoxied into a 5/8-inch diameter by 6-inch deep hole in the panel. Option No. 2 provides a 1-1/2-inch clear space using a Lenton Form Saver threaded dowel anchored with a 1/2-inch diameter HSA anchor.
