An equipment housekeeping pad sits over a roughened concrete base slab and is reinforced with number four bars at twelve inches on center each way at the top. Number four dowels tie the pad to the supporting slab per notes 4A and 4B. The pad features specific edge clearances including a two-inch minimum to the equipment base edge and minimum bolt edge distances of six inches for bolts under one inch in diameter or nine inches for larger bolts. A base plate, anchor rods, and grout are provided per the equipment supplier specifications.
