Two-inch framing joists connect perpendicularly with two three-quarter-inch diameter A307 bolts spaced at four inches on center, starting three and a half inches from the top of the member. Edge distances of one and a quarter inches are maintained at the bolted connections. Washers and nuts secure the threaded fasteners through the framing members.
