Galvanized steel angles L4x4x5/16, L4x4x3/8, L3x3x1/4, and L5x3x5/16 (long leg vertical) integrate into a tilt-up concrete wall panel. Pit angles fasten to formwork via 1/4-inch diameter fiberglass bolts spaced at 24 inches on center through 3/8-inch diameter holes. Angles are fabricated 3/4-inch short of the opening to accommodate chamfering. Hatched embed components are shop-welded and galvanized as a single assembly; all angles feature 1/2-inch diameter by 4 1/2-inch long headed studs spaced at 12 inches on center, unless otherwise noted. The first and last studs are positioned 3 inches from the angle end. A break angle is provided at the back of the panel with a 1/2-inch downward slope.
