An insulated precast concrete wall panel connects laterally for out-of-plane forces to a main structural steel beam. A panel attachment plate provided by the preeaster secures the panel to the steel framing member. A three-inch horizontal slotted hole is required at each panel tieback to accommodate differential movement. The general contractor must coordinate all attachment details and installation with the precast manufacturer.
