Precast concrete wall panels bear on continuous concrete footings with two-inch grout beds at varying depths relative to the finished floor. Vertical and horizontal reinforcement includes number three rebar at eight inches on center, two number five continuous bars, and number four continuous bars at twelve inches on center each face. Panel-to-slab dowels and slab dowels tie the concrete slab and pour strip into the foundation assembly. Storefront framing bears above the panel assembly adjacent to the finished grade and asphalt concrete or concrete slab.
