An L4x3x3/8 angle connects to a hollow structural section using five-sixteenths inch fillet welds. A three-eighths inch plate with a one-inch dimension connects to the assembly with five-sixteenths inch fillet welds on both sides. A vertical plate member secures with a series of bolts.
