An embed assembly consists of a 3/8-inch thick by 8-inch wide by 1-foot-0-inch long steel plate welded with four 1/2-inch diameter by 4-inch long headed anchor studs. The plate features a centrally located 1/2-inch bleed hole and an adjacent screw hole. The anchor studs are positioned symmetrically with 1-1/2 inch edge distances along the width and length.
