Stirrups, ties, and hoops utilize 135-degree and 90-degree bends with extension lengths specified as 6d or at least 3 inches for number 3 through number 5 bars, and 12d for number 6 through number 8 bars. Bar offsets maintain slope ratios with diameter D typical at bend locations.
