Full-height sheathing, such as gypsum board, is installed on each side of the cold-formed steel wall framing. The panel field is secured to each stud using number six screws spaced at twelve inches on center. If continuous sheathing is not installed to the full height on both sides of the studs, bridging or strapping and blocking must be provided as specified in referenced details ten and eleven.
