A reinforced concrete erection pad supports a concrete slab or wall section divided by a three-quarter-inch pour joint. The concrete pad has a variable thickness designated as "T" and a three-inch clear cover over bottom reinforcing bars, with an overall width noted as square per schedule. Vertical reinforcing dowels consisting of three number five bars minimum extend upward into the supported concrete elements on each side of the joint. Additional horizontal and vertical reinforcement is detailed throughout the concrete sections with specific dimensions including a two-inch offset and one-foot eleven-and-one-eighth-inch spacing.
