Two number three diagonal reinforcing bars four feet long center on each corner of the structural steel column with a typical two inch concrete clearance. A one inch thick polyfoam joint wraps around the column and is removed at the top half inch after twenty-four-day concrete strength is reached to be filled with sealant per architectural drawings.
