Cold-formed steel track and studs anchor to a concrete slab and foundation wall using screw anchors. The steel track secures to the concrete substrate maintaining a two and three-quarter inch minimum distance to the edge of the slab. Where attachment occurs at structural steel instead of concrete, Simpson 0.157PDPAT-62KP fasteners are installed at six inches on center. When attaching to a roof deck, four number twelve screws replace each Titen HD anchor. Jamb studs and steel studs frame into the track per structural schedules and notes.
