The connection plate thickness, size, and number of bolts are determined per schedule, featuring standard three-inch vertical bolt spacing and specific edge distances. Flanges are coped where required to clear supporting elements with specified minimum clearances. Shop welds attach the connection plate to the support face as indicated per schedule.
