Grouped electrical conduit penetrations through a concrete slab-on-grade are reinforced with three number three bars at three feet zero inches at each corner arranged diagonally, supplemented by number three bars at each side. Isolation joint filler separates the conduit bank from the surrounding slab concrete. Voids between the conduits are filled with concrete.
