A precast concrete panel connects to a continuous concrete footing via panel-to-footing dowels spaced at thirty-six inches on center across the full width of the panel, with dowels omitted at each end according to the panel dowel schedule. Footing dowels tie into the continuous footing sized per the foundation plan. A pour strip is provided at the slab edge adjacent to the precast panel, with slab reinforcement detailed per the foundation plan. Finished grade, asphalt concrete paving, or concrete slab conditions are verified with civil drawings.
