A concrete tilt-up panel bears on a concrete footing with a one-and-a-half-inch non-shrink grout layer in between. An embed plate anchors into the footing, while an embed angle measuring five by three-and-a-half by five-sixteenths inches by ten inches long secures into the panel with two three-quarter-inch diameter by six-inch heavy stud anchors. An attachment angle connects the assembly with typical five-sixteenths-inch fillet welds. The connection is spaced at five feet on center with a minimum of four per panel.
